Youth chess festival in the Ukraine

I received a bulk mailing at the weekend about a youth chess festival in the Ukraine in August. Normally, I would have treated it as spam and hit the delete key, but this appears well targetted and genuine.

The prizes are small, but so are the entry fees and accomodation costs. The english is funny (it looks like translation software), but the tournament appears well meaning and the city (Kamyanets) looks fantastic.
